A game board has 8 cards, and 2 say Win. Mayela picks 2 cards without replacing the first. what is the probability that neither say WIN?

Well, since there are 8 cards, and 2 say WIN, 6 of the 8 cards don't say WIN. You can express this as a ratio of 6:8 which equals 3:4, so the probability that neither says win is 75%.
