The passover seder is a jewish ritual feast that marks the beginning of the jewish holiday of the passover.

Also the feast, called Seder means "order" because it's done in an order that brings us from slavery to freedom. It's conducted throughout the world on the evening before Passover which falls on the 15th day of Nisan (which is in the Hebrew calendar).
