The largest rectangle is a square.
therefore
Perimeter=38 in
P=2x+2y
x=y (square)---------------------- >2x+2x=4x
38=4x
x=38/4=9.5 in
A=x² =9.5² =90.25 in²

the answer is 90.25 in²
