The challenge of the National Bank issue is like a big argument back in the old days of the United States. Some people thought having a national bank was a good idea to manage money and make the country stronger. But others didn't like it because they thought it gave too much power to the central government and took away from the states. It was a big debate between people who wanted a strong government and those who were worried about too much power in one place.
