Both irrigation and plows would help farmers. Silk fabric has nothing to do with agriculture.

Irrigation and plows allowed farmers to efficiently work and grow in an agriculture point of view.
Silk fabrics would most definitely be wrong because that would be an outcome of farmer innovation. However, Irrigation and plows is not an outcome, but rather, something that helped to produce the outcome.
