Susan is using rope to make doormats she uses 48 inches of rope to make each doormat how many complete doormats can she make with 10 feet of rope?

she can make two complete doormats. 48 inches converts to 4 ft. 4 can go into 10 twice, with two feet remaining

48 in = 4 ft.    4ft= 1 door mat   4 ft + 4ft = 8 ft     2. door mats. you cannot fit anymore so your answer is 2 door mats
