Building human capital as early as elementary school is needed because you begin to learn knowledges and skills that prepare you for real life. From reading and writing the alphabets to forming words, from counting numbers to solving mathematical rquations, these are some things taught in school that we can apply and develop in real life for as long as we live.

The more learned and skillful we are, the higher our value as human capital.
