Answer: Grief relates to the thoughts and feelings that accomplish loss; from sadness to anger longing to be with the person. On the other hand, mourning is how feelings of grief are shown to the public. They are acts or behaviors that show the sadness or hurt that someone is experiencing after losing someone they love.
