Answer: The producers are the organisms which produce their own food. Producers generate their own food and also provide resources for the rest of the ecosystem. Every green plant can be producer, such as a tree or grass, as well as algae and chemosynthetic bacteria. Consumers are species having to feed to get nutrition.
