Temp1 = 60
Temp2 = 75
Temp2 - Temp1 = 15

Difference = (Temp2 - Temp1) / Temp1
Difference = 15 / 60 = 1 / 4 = 0.25
Percentage difference = difference * 100% = 0.25 * 100% = 25%
