Technicians A and B were examining brake pads on a school bus that had heavily worn inboard pads but lightly worn outboard pads. Technician A says that abnormal wear was likely caused by frequent and aggressive brake applications. Technician B says the caliper sliding pins are likely sticking and need service when the pads are replaced. Who is correct?
